How does an ICT move work?
When you think of moving, you often think of furniture, workstations and lots of moving boxes. But we can also move systems! In order to ensure that you can continue working as usual at your new location, we employ trained and experienced ICT movers. They know exactly what is needed to move a system. Before moving, team movers map out the ICT environment. They administer the connections, test all equipment and disconnect the workstations. Then everything gets packed and prepared for transport. Once at the new location, everything is put back in place, connected, started and tested. Often times you can be back to work within a day!
Cable management
Moving all inventory and equipment is one thing. Getting rid of cords and cables neatly is a second. Through careful cable management, our moving crews ensure that the new workstations not only function, but look neat too! We bundle cables and cords and neatly tuck them away in the recesses of desks and floor pots. Can’t trip over those.
Moving within one day
For most office and IT moves, you want to be out of running as short as possible. Ideally, you want to get back to work immediately. We understand that. And we take care of it! To make an accurate estimate of the amount of work and the number of movers needed to complete the job within one day, we like to visit you in advance.
