Quality
The management’s policy is to meet its customers’ requirements and needs to the best of its ability. For this purpose, a Multisite Management System has been established and implemented, which is implemented and maintained in an effective and economically sound manner. In terms of quality, the management system has been set up based on the ISO 9001 (2008) standards. This means that management will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and provide a framework for setting and assessing HSE objectives. This should lead to continuous improvement of the system. The quality of both processes and services is determined by the commitment of management and all employees. The involvement and effective cooperation of employees and management in implementing and maintaining the system is therefore of great importance. The objective is to minimize the number of complaints and damages.
Safety
Safety and working conditions are important aspects in business operations. For this reason, Management System is also set up based on the OHSAS 18001 (2007) standards and the minimum requirements of VCA*2008.05.1. The HSE Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E) has been drawn up and an annual plan of action is drawn up on the basis of an evaluation to resolve or control residual risks. Partly on the basis of this RI&E, the management pursues an active policy when it comes to preventing personal injury. The objective is to ensure the safety of its own employees (including temporary employees) as well as that of third parties. By means of task risk analyses, clear safety instructions, internal communication and the (free) provision of appropriate personal protective equipment, every effort is made to identify and control HSE risks.
Health
The health of staff is a major asset. The management will constantly therefore weigh up necessary actions the associated health risks and workload of staff. When deciding on renewal and replacement of vehicles and equipment, design of buildings and purchase of tools and furniture, ergonomic, safety and occupational health aspects will be considered. This is because the objective is to keep work as pleasant as possible and, as a result, sick leave as low as possible.
Environment
Care for the environment is of paramount importance to us. The primary objective, based on compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations and the ISO 14001 (2004) standards in the management system, is to prevent damage to equipment and the environment in all activities. Where waste materials do arise, they will be disposed of responsibly. For this reason, an annual Environmental Program is established in which a number of measurable goals and tasks are included in order to properly manage the environmental aspects related to our organization. A concrete part of this includes offering climate-neutral removals.
