Plenty of room for archive storage
No room for archives and files you need to keep for years? We do! With our archive storage option, you can use our space for your files and archives. They can remain there until you are no longer obliged to submit the files to, for example, the tax authorities. Still need a file in the meantime? Then we’ll pick it out and bring it to you!

What can we do?
- Clear storage of complete archives.
- Destroy the archives when the retention period has expired.
- Deliver the files that are needed.
- Retrieve the files to be included in the archive.
Archive storage and destruction
In our warehouse is plenty of room for the archives you can’t put away yourself. There we store everything by year and in a logical order. That way we keep an overview. We also make arrangements to destroy records when the retention period has expired. But we don’t just do that! We first consult and after a final order we bring the archive for destruction. We take the destruction certificate back with us.
Requesting and delivering files
You keep files in the archive for a reason, of course. Not just because you have to, but because you may need them in the future. Once we come to pick up the records, we code all the records. We write down which files are in which moving box on which pallet in which location in the warehouse. Need an archive? Then give us a call or send us an e-mail and we will pick out the file. You can pick it up yourself at our headquarters in Nunspeet, or we can bring it by.
Cost indication archive storage
The costs involved in archive storage depend on how the archive is stored. The storage method therefore determines whether costs are charged per pallet or per linear meter, for example. Are we pulling out a file or taking a year’s worth to the dump? Then we adjust costs accordingly. To make an initial estimate, we are happy to come by for a no-obligation quote.
