Office inventory in storage
Is the office moving, reorganizing or you simply have too much stuff? Then our inventory storage offers the solution! We come and pick up the stuff at the office, record what we take and store it neatly in our warehouse. Until you need or can use it again.
What can we do?
- Moving all filing or file cabinets completely, including contents.
- Disconnecting and reconnecting all equipment.
- Disassembling and reassembling the loose furniture.
- Adjusting all desks to the correct height.
- Prepare the inventory list so you and we know what is stored.
- Entering the items into the MOBIS system.
Loose inventory storage or in containers
Depending on what you want to store and how much it is, we determine the storage method. For this purpose, we have storage containers in the form of 20 ft. steel containers, as well as wooden crates with a capacity of 9m3. The truck with storage container drives ahead, and the moving crew loads the inventory. If a storage container is still not the most suitable storage method, we can also store inventory loose. We then designate a section of our distribution or storage warehouse where the items will be stored loose. We do this, for example, if we need to access it frequently or if it will be delivered quickly.
Always up to date with MOBIS for your inventory
We use MOBIS for our customers who store many items with us and need one or a few items on a regular basis. MOBIS is a program we use to record every item we take into storage. We take a picture of each item and upload that picture into the system. This allows customers to see which items we have in storage for them and therefore which items we can come and bring to them when they need them.
